By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the "Terms and Conditions" and acknowledge that any other agreement between you and us (VictoryNewsMagazine.com) are superseded and of no force or effect.  

Q1. Can I send in articles?  
A1.Yes.This a voluntary service for the public .The work sent in will, however, always be subject to editing and censorship, as well as scrutiny as to its suitability. The work will then remain the property of VictoryNewsMagazine.com.  

Q2. Can I send in images?
A2. Yes, provided it is not of a profane kind or disrespectful toward Muslim women, children or men. 

Q3. Are you all Muslims?
A3. Yes, we are all Muslims.

Q4. Is there any discrimination towards women writers?
A4. No. There is no discrimination concerning gender. We encourage women to write in. The work is subject to the same rules as the men. See A1.There is no guarantee that it will be published if it is found unsuitable due only to content and not the gender of the writer.

Q5.Do you have any new prohibitions?
A5. Yes. From November, 2005, we are committed to limit written work from Australia due to new legislation until freedom of speech is absolutely guaranteed in Australia.

VictoryNewsMagazine.com takes no responsibility for the opinions, views or ideas of individual writers nor persons with whom they may be connected, affiliated or otherwise linked nor we do we assume blame for any lack of thorough awareness of new anti terror laws and how they may affect media and online publications.

11.We may at any time revise these "Terms and Conditions" by  updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and  should therefore periodically visit this page to review the fifteen current "Terms and Conditions" to which you are bound.

12. VictoryNewsMagazine.com commits itself to disclosure of known person or persons involved in any untoward activity including terrorism. 

13. Victory News Magazine assumes no responsibility for other sites who have taken part of our name to appear as if it represents the original Victory News Organisation. Victory News Magazine has no connection with VictoryNews.com or Victory Health.

14. VNM's copyright continues through and including 2008 and  applies to all original work on VNM including original photographs, poetry and articles, especially those of previous award winners.

15. While Member Writers and Award Winners hold a special place on the Magazine, they especially  are expected to uphold the good name of Islam.
