Birth
Allama Arif
Hussaini was born in Kurram Agency, Parachinar in 1947. His
father name was Syed Fazal Hussain.
Education
He acquired
primary education in Peshawar, Pakistan and after that he went
to Iraq and Iran. He served 6 years in various institutions.
He was a student of great religious scholars.
Family
Arif Hussain was married in 1973. At that time he was 26. He
had seven children - 5 sons and 2 daughters.
Martyrdom
In the
history of the Community, the 5th August 1988
recorded a tragic day when the Chief of Tehrik-e-Jaffaria
Pakistan (TJP), who had the full backing of Umeed- e- Imam
Hazrat Ayatuula Hussain Montazeri, was brutally killed in
Peshawar. His dead body was taken from Peshawar to his native
village Pehwar Pakistan by helicopter, due to the long
distance. General Muhammad Zia ul Haq president of Pakistan and
Special representatives of the Iranian government participated
in his funeral rites. The Iranian government supported in the
construction of mazar over his holy grave in Pehwar. His soyem
was attended by Ambassadors of different countries including
Morocco, Kuwait, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon etc in Parachinar,

Leadership
Shaheed
Quaid Arif Hussain was given the leadership of TJP after five
months passed after the death of Allama Mufti Jafer Hussein on
February 10th, 1984 in Bhakkar at the wish of Allama Muhammad
Hussain Najfi Mujtahidul Asr Wazzaman, Principal Sultanul
Madaris Sargodah, an Allama Safdar Hussain Najfi late
Principal Jamia Lahore.
At present
the TJP, which is banned by President Musharraf, due to
enmity, is lead by Allama Arif Hussaini’s successor Quaid e
Milate Islamia Nomainda Wali Faqih Allama Sajid Naqvi. Now he
has joined Muttahida Majlis e Amal (MMA) comprised of Jamaat e
Islami, Jamiat ulma e Pakistan, Jamiat Ahle Hadith, Jamiat
ulmae Islam Fazlur Rahman group, Jamiat ulma e Islam Sami ul
Haq group. Quaid e Milat e Islamia has the full support of the
Imamia Student Organization (ISO).
